JUAN365 Privacy Policy: Data This Site Does Not Collect
This is the juan365 guide privacy policy for juan365.fashion itself — the informational site, not the JUAN365 lobby at juan365.com. The two are separate, and this page only speaks for this one.
What this site does not have
This site does not run player accounts, does not have a login of its own, and does not take a deposit, a withdrawal or any other payment. It has nothing that looks like a cashier, a wallet or a KYC form. There is simply no place on this site where a reader’s payment details, government ID or account credentials could be entered, because none of those things exist here.
What a hosting provider typically logs
Like almost any website, this site’s hosting infrastructure may record standard request data as part of normal operation — things such as the visiting device’s IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. That is server-level housekeeping rather than anything this site collects deliberately, and it is described here in general terms because that is what can honestly be said about it: this page does not claim a specific analytics tool, advertising tracker or cookie banner that has not actually been confirmed on this site.
Categories of data, plainly stated
- Identity or account data — none collected; this site has no registration or login.
- Payment data — none collected; this site processes no deposits or withdrawals.
- Contact data — none stored; see this site’s about page for how this site is written and who runs it.
- Technical request data — the standard, generic logging any web server performs, described above.
What happens when you click Register or Login
Every Register and Login link on this site points to the JUAN365 lobby at juan365.com. The moment a reader follows one of those links and starts filling in a phone number or any other detail, they are on the operator’s own site, and the operator’s own privacy terms apply from that point on — not this page’s. The lobby’s own Terms and Conditions state that player data is processed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), stored within the Philippines, and kept while the account stays active and for at least one year after the player’s last visit. The lobby’s Terms also name CS@juan365.com as its own address for privacy complaints about an actual JUAN365 account — that address belongs to the operator, not to this site.
Questions about this page
A question about what this site itself does or does not collect can be raised through this site’s contact page, which explains what this site can and cannot help with. A question about data already entered into a JUAN365 account belongs with the operator directly, through the channels named on that same page, since only the operator can see or change anything stored inside an account.
